Halo Gel Polish is the number one gel polish brand for professional nail techs, and it’s easy to see why.

It’s easy to apply, has amazing shine and pigmentation and provides a 14-day chip-free, long lasting manicure. Not to mention it’s also vegan, cruelty free and HEMA free ! What more could you want?

It’s also removed easily and causes zero damage to the natural nail, plus it’s both UV and LED curable. We love it and so will you.

Halo Gel Polish couldn’t be easier to apply!

For maximum wear, follow our simple step by step below:

1. Prepare the nails by shaping, doing cuticle work and removing surface shine with a 220-grit buffer. Make sure you remove the shine at the sidewalls and around the cuticle.

2. Use our Halo Prep & Scrub to remove any dust and oils from the nail plate.

3. Apply a Halo Base Coat in a thin layer. Remember to cap the free edge!

4. Cure for 30 seconds in a UV Lamp.

5. Pick your favorite Halo Gel Polish colour and apply a thin later to the nail, remembering again to cap that free edge.

6. Cure for 30 seconds in a UV Lamp.

7. Apply a second thin layer of your chosen Halo Gel Polish, seal the free edge and cure for 30 seconds.

8. Apply a thin layer of your chosen Halo Top Coat sealing the free edge and cure for 30 seconds.

9. Some of our Top Coats need their sticky layer removed with a Lint-Free Pad and Gel Wipe.

10. Apply Cuticle Oil once the manicure has finished.

Top Tip: For the best result and maximum shine, we always recommend that Halo Gel Polish should be allowed to cool for 60 seconds after curing before the use of Cuticle Oils etc.

For easy removal, follow our simple step by step below:

1. Remove bulk with a 100-grit file.

2. Soak in acetone using a bowl or soak a nail wipe in acetone and wrap the finger in foil.

3. Leave for 10 minutes, then use a cuticle pusher or orange stick to gently scrape the product from the nail.

4. Ensure you do not force the product from the nail – if it needs more time, repeat steps 2 and 3.

5. Buff nails with a white block and reapply if needed or apply cuticle feed and massage into the nail bed.
